7 April 2021 is #WorldHealthDay
In the majority of cases, one or two cigarettes a day, some overweight, a glass of wine from time to time, a week without physical exercise will not compromise the overall resilience of a human being. But if we understand the value of #preventive health, we can become part of the growing number of people able to enjoy life in full at all ages.
Let’s keep it real – lifestyle changes do not happen overnight: regular health screenings, enough sleep, healthy food … what at first may look like hard work will soon turn into a conscious way of living. Health is also a matter of personal attitude rather than dieting. Aging with dignity – we owe it to ourselves.
