Did you know?  Today it is #WorldBookDay. We all heard about “brain food” and “intellectual wellness.”  After all – what is a healthy body without a healthy mind?
Guess what … it is just a boring container.  So let’s take care of our spirit, let’s stay curious, because once we get old, and some parts of our container start to depreciate, we can counterbalance with a strong mind. There’s nothing better  than reading a book to help us keep our mind sharp and sound for a very long time.
